Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Countfit AI mobile app, website (countfit.app), or related services (the “Service”) operated by Ronald Santana (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Countfit AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using Countfit AI, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Use of the Service

Countfit AI helps you track calories, macros, and nutrition data. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Countfit AI require a subscription. Payments are processed securely through Apple and are subject to Apple’s App Store policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled via your App Store account.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code in the Service are owned by Countfit AI or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our permission.

Third-Party Services

Countfit AI integrates with third-party services such as Firebase (authentication & storage), FatSecret API (nutrition data), and Google Cloud (secure proxy). By using the Service, you also agree to their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Countfit AI and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
